I attend North Bennet Street School in Boston, MA for carpentry.

How long is your internship?
16 weeks, from June-September

What are your hobbies and interests?
My hobbies are playing baseball and basketball.

How long have you been involved with Branching Out?
This is my 4th year participating. I have been a field team member, school year ambassador, and an intern with Branching Out.

Why did you choose to participate in Branching Out?
I chose to participate in Branching Out because I want to keep developing my skills. Branching Out is able to offer unique opportunities in the career field I am interested in.

What are your career or educational goals?
My career goal is to own my own business.

What are you looking forward to doing this summer during your internship?
This summer I’m looking forward to learning about preservation carpentry with the HACE this summer and learning from my mentor Tim Walsh. I am also looking forward to using my chisel and block plane again.
