Field Team Leader – Position Description
Field Leader responsibilities include the implementation of educational field projects, conducting team building activities, supervision and mentoring of youth employees, documentation of activities and achievements, and assisting with program planning.
This is a paid summer work experience. Hourly rate is $15.00/hour. Public transportation pass expenses to/from work are reimbursed.
Field Team Member – Position Description
The Branching Out Program is currently accepting applications for the 2018 Boston Field Team. Join our team as a Branching Out Field Member!
Branching Out is an outdoor, summer work experience that provides young people with an overview of landscape stewardship practices through workshops and hands-on field experiences.
Skills and interests: Field team members must have an interest in learning about landscape stewardship practices, being part of a team, and working outdoors.
-Gain experience using landscape management hand tools and equipment.
-Learn about the National Park Service mission and sites.
-Visit multiple national parks in the Northeast region.
This is a paid experience, 28 hours per week, July 9-August 23rd. Hourly rates start at $11.00/hour. Public transportation pass expenses to/from work are reimbursed.
